What problems can be related to a bad O2 sensor? I have a Jardine, K&N, and breather mod. I have done a TPS reset and get a code for bad O2 sensor. Only problem with the bike is 1st and second gear stutter/bounce. Pretty much have to run the clutch in/out when just puttering. O2 sensor?

have you read the codes? if it is the O2 sensor, that would be code 13...

jump pins #1 & #2 in dongle next to the battery/ecm, count the flashes of the CEL on the cluster...download the manual from the link below the buellxb header or buellmods.com

let us know what you find out

Not a chance. O2 wont ever set a code for O2.

Either youre running too lean, O2 wire has been damaged, or the O2 sensor itsself is bad.

At a minimum you will need a Multi-meter to test. ECMspy and a cable would be ideal, tunerpro RT would be even more ideal.

After visually checking wires and connections, you will need to probe into your O2 wire (this means it must be plugged in.) turn your meter to DC volts, turn the bike on. 0.5 volts is what it should read until it gets hot and goes into closed loop, then it will bounce rapidly between .9- 0.1 volts (just giving you an idea of the range not exact specs) at least this is what should happen.

If the voltages changes slowly, bad. If it doesnt change, bad. If the voltage reads under .4volts you could ve running really lean, will need an AFV reset and probable tuning to fix.

Or guess put an O2 in it, even better pay someone to figure it out.
