I'd say there's some 1125R in there without too much of a stretch. The flair of the tank, the general look of the front fairing, and the little baby scoops on the side definitely ring 1125 to me. Looks almost like a concept model.

if you look at it upside down and backwards you can see a hint of buell in the tires.
