Its the scan tool used to do TPS resets and run diagnostics on pre 08' FI Buells before ECMspy. Its real easy to use and setup is simple. If you dont care to run ECMspy and would just like to do your own TPS resets. Its for Win XP. $40 bucks = same price as a ECMspy cable. I have only used it maybe 3 times, comes with the cable, software, instructions on how to do a TPS reset and case. It plugs into your data port on the back of the computer. I will also provide tec support if needed :D
