Hello everyone!

I own a buell xb12stt and the previous owner has removed the interior airbox cover (open filter modification). I have found a 2008 xb12r airbox on ebay and i would like to ask if it would fit to my bike. The seller cant answer if it would fit. I would appreciate your help!!

I have some operating issues (hickups and afv deregulated).
So i am thinking to cover the air filter.
 
That might help. I took my airbox cover off and it runs too lean. Put it back on and it runs good.
