As the title of this thread states that yes indeed I will being adding another horse to the stable to compliment BamBam & Thumper

(altho BamBam does look a little different then this pic from '11)
On a few threads I have alluded to the fact that I would really benefit from owning a good dual sport, kind of go anywhere ride. (being that $$ is always a issue, my research leads me to believe that the KLR 650 would be the wise, practical choice for where I live)
Some of you know I live practically in the middle of nowhere (up on the Chilcotin Plateau in BC's interior eh) and I do have some 'paved' highway to burn (350kms one way if I choose) but the dragsville part of living out here is the fact I have to ride 2 hours to the east to make a left or right turn (heading west I end up in Bella Coola and the Pacific ocean, no left or rights to be had) in Williams Lake (otherwise known as Bill's Puddle), then and only then do I have access to all the amazing roads we have in BC.
So the practicality of having something that is capable of touring down logging roads, FSR's (fire safety roads), old wagon trails, adventuring the innumerable number of atv, quad trails..it is really endless (I am not sure of the exact number but it is ridiculous, something along the lines of tens of thousands of kms)
It really makes perfect sense to have another horse in my stable that can be used in that environment, trust me when I say that BamBam does not like logging roads.
So here we are at the meat of the post.
Arriving on the 12thand being trailered up from Maple Ridge in the lower mainland is my new horse.
(unfortunately I can not get down there to ride him back due work and the like)
I will share a few things aboot him (he already has a name...Enzo, LOL)
Is he italian?
Is he red?
You'll find out
:D
I will add that he has had success on the track and has won some money when he was 'raced' (maybe Don Hatton {of Duncan, BC who has competed in the Paris to Dakar} had an old bike that I bought eh?)
He has amazing on and off road capabilities and since I am more a street rider then anything else he is a great make/model for me to learn and adventure with.
I thought I would drop this teaser thread cause you guys are my Buell family and I figured you might get a kick out it and it will be interesting to see what you think is headed up here.
I can rest assure you that you all will approve.
Take'er easy and if your down with seeing whats going on out here in the Chilcotin then feel free to hit up my boobtubes channel 'Chilcotin Buddha'
Ride safe brothers and sisters
:)
