Has anyone installed motorcycle helmet speakers? If so what ones and are they good? Does the bass respond good? Great? Im looking at some that aroind about $80 and I know its pretty pricey for too small speakers in the helmet but, I think if they bump good its worth it.

i tried that but it was very uncomfortable, so i started using my skull candy ear buds, but those too are very uncomfortable. they fall out to some annoying position sometime. or when i put the helmet on it pushes them deeper in the ear and it hurts like a b****. So i decided to install some speakers in my helmet. Hopefully someone helps me out on what ones to buy, so that i dont waist money on some crap.

Try a motorcycle bluetooth. I used the parrot sk4000. Good sound quality and it came with a handlebar remote.

I have a Scala Rider G4 on my helmet. It works ok. I wouldn't say it's got any amazing sound or anything but it's nice to have bluetooth streaming of music when I want.

I have a Sena smh5 with the upgraded speakers the sound is really good. The smh 10 has the same speakers i have and the 10 is only around 150 on Ebay. Go on YouTube and research motorcycle Bluetooth headset.

I use skull candy titans I believe. I like that they function as earplugs as well as providing sweet tunes. Once I put my helmet on I just reach through the open visor and make sure they're seated all the way in my ear and make sure I have slack coming out of my jacket so I can turn my head freely without pulling on them. And headphones take a lot less toll on phone batteries than Bluetooth does.

I bought both my old q2, and g4 used from forum members, I paid under 100 apiece for both

I also have the titans but the 50/50 have better bass and sound, all the way around. And if you have iPhone. You have volume unlike the titans.
