Im torn About the UNICORN

Lately Ive been seeing more Buells on the road in my area (STL).Ive had Buell since 97, and they were always the Unicorn or Great White Buffalo, when you see them. Well lately there seem to be more and more on the road. Part of me is happy that they seem to be finally getting their respect, But the other part of me is a little disappointed
about it, as I like getting excited when I see them on the road. Its like when I was a kid and seen a Lambo contach on the road, I would be like a kid JACKED UP on Mountain Dew! (Ill come at you like a spider monkey) OPS! sorry back on topic. I just don't want my Buell sightings to become like seeing a Mustang go down the road. Yeah there cool, but all to common.

they cant possibly become anymore common. they are discontinued, youre simply just seeing more. there arent more. there are less everyday.

one thing to consider, dick head young punks like myself are looking for a cool used motorcycle and Buells are fitting that currently. so the young crowd is picking them up for cheap, learning on them and trashing them. Over the next few years i suspect Buells will become very rare.

Crash is right. The prices are dropping down, which is making them more affordable to more people. I also agree, that they will become pretty scarce. The folks buying them are just beating the hell out of them. We ride ours hard at times but we take care of them like they are pets or kids. We respect the product and the engineer way too much to do that to them. A lot of the new buyers are like the black sheep in our family.

Side note, I've only seen 2 in Saginaw, MI. one was a yellow Blast the other was a black Lighting.

The plan is to wait until they really bottom out, THEN BUY ALL THE BUELLS!!! I have room in the garage for at least 17.
