I've been looking at trading my 1125 for a Uly. Since no one on the board seems interested so I've been talking to a dealer. He said he will give me 5500 for my 09 1125r and I pay 1500 for this Uly he has for sale. Is this a good deal? My 1125r is great shape only 8xxx miles. Newer stator with ebr rotor and all that. Hmf pipe ebr ECM.
This is the Uly. He also sent me other pics and video, all looks good

08 bike with more miles for an 09 with less plus 1500 sounds like a bad deal.1125 for a uly sounds like a bad deal.
if you really want a uly is a swap and 1500 worth it? thats for you to decide i've made some bad deals before but if they got me what i wanted it was worth it.

I don't think you guys read his post completely. He is saying the dealer will pay him $5500 for his 1125r, and he will buy the Uly for $1200. So basically he is getting a Uly and $4300. Sounds pretty reasonable to me.

^seems like the dealer will give him 5500 trade in on the 1125 and he pays 1500 and gets the uly so hes paying with bike and cash 7000

O, lol. The only way I could make sense of the deal was if he was selling the Uly for $1200. Goes to show you how bad of a deal it is, lol.

Here is a side by side comparison with NADA "book" values of both bikes....

If I were you, I'd tell that dealer to eat a bag of dicks....
I don't completely agree with the prices on the comparisson... but both bikes are of damn near equal value....
