ECM maps

Anyone know where I can get maps for my 04 xb12s.
I've only found Buellmods.com. Not much of a selection. Any help would be great. I'm dealing with some bad ECM stuff right now and want and need to try other maps.

Are you sure about BUELLmods.com... because they have every year until '08 when the EFI changed both race and stock. I just looked under ECM maps, and there it was, 04 XB12 stock and race maps. Which is actually the EEPROM .txt file. Stock EEPROM is BUEGB231 and race EEPROM is straight from the race ECM. I have to reiterate...THE EEPROM HAS TO MATCH THE ECM FIRMWARE. Race EEPROM with Race ECM and Stock EEPROM with Stock ECM. The only thing you burn is the fuel maps...which you can save from the race EEPROM and load into the stock EEPROM. EEPROM files are .txt file extensions and Fuel Maps are .msq file extensions. That's what we were trying to tell you in the other thread. You can't load just any EEPROM to any ECM. Please search out this information and read ECMspy's tuning manual. It will help with a lot of the confusion here. If you are lookin for custom fuel maps, it's best you learn how to tune it yourself for your bike for the way you ride in the climate you ride in. All the information is out there, you just gotta search for it. There are vast amounts of tuning info for the Buells and it's pretty easy to find via google search.

Well Melvster I took your advice an loaded a race map and burned it then loaded a stock EEPROM n burned it. So now I have a race map with a stock EEPROM. The bike runs idles just took it out for a lil. Run a good stalled twice on me when I came to a stop. Prob just have to adjust tps. Oh n the only other thing is I had to set my AFV to 120 or 125 I can't remember. I started at 100 and had to work my way up until it would work. But I appreciate all the advice. Next I'm gonna try to load my race ECM map. Cause the one from Buellmods deff isn't as powerful as my race ECM.

well i never got the chance to load the other map. woke up this morning nd the bike wont run tried loading loading everything again like i did last night and cant get it to work. ive tried every map an eeprom i have that have worked in the past and nothing. at one time i had it running and it started dripping gas out of the overflow tube by the left foot peg, dont know what thats about i even tried my race box with its stock eeprom n it wont even run on that! i think i just neeed to buy a new ecm. i found one from an 07 for 100 bucks guess im gonna pick it up dont know what else to do!
