Buell XB12STT rear shock broken

Hello,

I have Buell XB12STT / 2007 - rear shock broke down and it's useless now. I was wondering that is it possible to put XB12R (2005) rear shock to STT, will it fit? What rear shocks are interchangeable (I've heard that at least SS/STT/X are)? The reason for I am asking this is that i would be able to get X12R rear shock for good price, normally shocks are quite expensive. Lowering the bike is not a problem.
 
What about XB12X rear shock, will it fit to STT without problems? I guess it will make STT bit taller, does anyone know how much?
 
I have a used XB12X shock with 14K miles that I could sell you. It fits, but there are no connection points for the external pre-load adjuster like on the Uly seat rails.
 
Sounds intresting, how much you're asking for it and would you be able send it to northern europe, Finland? I believe it would make seat height bit taller, but that's no problem either.
