Only running on one cylinder.

After a long winter went to fire up the bike and the front cyl isn't firing. What's weird is I started it 2 weeks ago and everything was fine.... Any ideas?

More than likely fouled plugs.

Mine did the same thing chuck a couple plugs in it fixed mine.

same here. had a fouled plug and broken plug wire. check the easy stuff first.

How can you tell one cylinder is only working? The sound?

Definitely sound and if you do happen to try and go for a ride you will have no power. Oh and heat only coming from one cylinder.
