I just had new tires put on the bike and now 4 days later i noted on the way home from the gym that when stopped at a light the rear brake would slowly give way then i would pump it and it would catch. Now the bike is home and i noticed fluid leaking from bottom and top of the rear brake cylinder and my fluid reservoir empty.
Should I just replace the whole brake cylinder or could something be loose? If i have to replace does any one have one for sale?

double check the supply hose, all fittings, and master cylinder cap gasket to eliminate anything other than the cylinder itself from being the source of your leak. but from your description sounds like master cylinder at fault. you can rebuild it with a light honing, pair of new cups, new cover boot and new plunger....if you feel comfortable doing that. or some nice looking used ones on ebay for not a whole lot of $ though i'd want an assurance from seller that it will work and be leak-free.
