I have a 2007 lightning STT that I want a more low profile rear fender for. Will the rear fender off of an XB12SS work for my bike?

All of the long wheelbase bikes (Ss,Stt,X and Xt) came with the exact same rear fender.

Ok, so will the smaller hugger used on the shorter swingarm models mount to the longer arm? ...Ditto for the separate top belt guard.
Anybody have both models and able to compare the mounting bolt holes?

Yes but you have to notch it where the shock mounts
