Just bought an 1125CR from BMW of western Oregon in Tigard. Was wondering if anyone knew this bike

After reading through some of the forums I'm wondering at what mileage can you expect to start having starter problems? And if the wiring problem is a recall?

Stator problems are an 09 issue. The mileage varies, so does riding style. If you do city and keep it under 5k rpm wise it will fail sooner. If the stator and rotor was upgraded you'll be fine. There was a fix from harley which was to add a relay to shut of one leg of the stator. Punch your vin in on the harley site and it will tell you if there are any open recalls.

I've had my CR for one week now. Put 350 miles on this past weekend All ready can't wait for this next weekend.:D
