So I'm currently on a deployment overseas. I found the buell i want back home in Texas. I'm paying cash so the bank won't be involved, but I'll need a friend of mine to do the transaction. My questions are: should my buddy sign the bill of sale? How would I get the title signed into my name? Dmv says you have 30 days to go in and submit the new title, I won't be home until October. Anything else that I need as the buyer?
