EBR race exhaust install question

Has anyone done the full EBR 1125 race exhaust install on there own? I searched and couldn't find any prior topics on the actual installation portion. I am looking to find any pointers or lessons learned. I just received mine in the mail and can not wait to dive in, I fully plan on making an install video as there currently isn't one.

A rotate is in order as you may know. Clean mating surfaces well.

Yea that's where I'm at. The only thing left is to loosen the rear wheel, remove the mount bolts and finally remove those damn 4 nuts that are holding the rear header on,
