Anyone running Zero Gravity on a Firebolt?

I've seen Zero Gravity double bubble and sport touring windshields online. Anybody running either of these? Opinions? Any other ideas on "touring" windshields. Ya I know it's a racebike on the street but I'm looking at long haul riding. Thinking of the Saddle sore 1000....Circle lake Huron in 24 hours.

I have a dark ZG double-bubble on my 12R. If you're a short-bodied rider, you'll get some wind protection, but not a lot. If you're a tall guy, you'll take wind in the chest. I'm 5'7 and if I don't tuck, the wind hits me near the top of my face shield. If I tuck, it's all good. I've heard that the sport touring version may provide better wind protection because of the deflection lip it has along its top edge, and I believe the screen may be an inch or two taller than the double-bubble.

If you go with the double-bubble, be warned that many Firebolt riders have experienced minor dash melting with the dark screen (myself included). When you park your bike with the tail into the sun, the ZG screen acts like a semi-parabolic reflector and concentrates some of the sunlight directly onto a small spot on the top lip of the dash, and will melt/deform it a little. ZG knows about the problem, and it apparently happens to other bike applications, too, but it's just something you learn to deal with. I usually just try to park my bike with the tail out of the sun or simply throw my gloves up on the dash. I've read where others have done some ultra-fine wet sanding to the inside of the screen to eliminate the problem (basically just enough to take off the smooth shiny finish).

I'm running it on my '07 12r works great air hits me just above the visor at speed I'm 5'10" air on the stock one hit me in the shoulder/neck area buffeted me around quite abit

Hey Steve, Marko..How tall are you guys? I'm 5-6", I did my first real highway miles today. About an hour and a half at 120-140 kmh...70-80 mph. Did okay at 120 in a crouch,the wind killed me at 140. No way I'm doing 6-8 hour days like this.
