A lot of threads about the topic. To have both lights on in high beam mode connect the blue wire which goes to the high /low beam switch and connect to the yellow (low beam) wire. Now you will always have 2 lights at high beam. And you will not blind people in low beam mode having 2 lights on.[up] ;)

Rein's procedure in effect runs both the low beam and the high beam bulbs off of the high beam circuit. If you have both bulbs as LEDs which should draw 50% less current, this would be an easy option, HOWEVER if you run the normal bulbs or HIDs, DO NOT do this!
