Please ignore the white, that's melted sneaker and not rash.
Clutch felt spongy on my way to work this morning, waited for traffic to clear out a bit before I took it back home and by that time I had no clutch at all. Not fun riding without a clutch but I made it. I'm already $1300 into this bike in 2 months, this is the last thing I needed.

Yup.
Easy fix though. Search Clutch weep.

With this part

This video and a service manual it should be a very easy fix. Also not super expensive like the rotor/stator fix.

Thanks guys, I watched the video earlier, I'm no mechanic but I'm going to give it a shot.
Any idea what the lead time is on parts from EBR?

I ordered one from EBr for my 1125R late Sunday and it arrived today.
and yes its a very very easy fix, and you do not need the special tool they offer, you can get the spherical nut off with a standard open end wrench. If you have the bike on its kickstand you will loose a bit of oil so have a pan ready.

I already had to swap the OE unit on my CR which is supposed to be a better unit, the the one in my R went out too. Glad they are available again.
