Quick question - how "used" is the Q2 unit? Do both earpieces work (a problem in these units)?

I have two of them now - they have been "mixed" in quality. They work well for intercom, but they suck for telephone usage (started well, but about a year in, the auto gain somehow has made them unusable). They also tend to have an earpiece go bad, so you're listening in mono.

I'm interested in the 3rd unit to equip another helmet (and to have a spare).
