I've borrowed a couple ideas here- cutting off rear fender, running both headlights, etc.. so here is my windscreen idea. Standard windvest 14"( buy from cee bailey for 50.00),or use a old beat up from your fxr, like I did. Load it up like a bow and arrow with rope, velcro, or bungees and soak it in sink full of HOT water.In a hour or so it retains new shape. Use factory windsceen for shape and hole pattern. Drill new holes, fill in old holes, paint desired color an your done. I bent tightened radius down lower and retained windvest shape on upper half. But they will hold shape and are easy to drill new holes through.
