What's it worth? 2015 1190SX

What's up guys. I haven't been on in a while. I hope everyone has been doing OK and riding safe. I wanted to seek your advice. This just popped up near me. One owner, had it two years, it has the race ecm with the secondary muffler delete. Clean title, never down, IT'S BLACK!! I'm being tempted. What's it worth? or maybe I should rephrase that, what would you pay for such a beast?

Thanks for the input. I've still got my 09 XB9, but I've been watching for an 1190 to pop up here locally. This is the closest one I've seen. It's around 70 miles from me. I'm at least gonna go take a look at it. I've never seen one in person, only on line. The EBR force is STRONG and growing!

Cruza--I would be happy to sell my 2014 RX for $9,000 which is what I owe on it. Good tires and a raised bar kit-Had the valves done around 8,000 miles and the bike has around 15,000 at the moment.

Bike currently coated in easy to remove plasti-dip--matt grey over the original yellow. The yellow was attracting too much heat of the wrong sort so I gave it the stealth look.

If I knew how to post a cell phone pic directly to this site I would.

I hardly use the bike these days so pm me. I can deliver within 1000 miles if you buy the fuel

Jeez, Silver--just had a chance to watch that yellow XR blasting away. No other traffic, no CHP -- must be nice. Anyway, that is not me. I would be doing 30 days in the county jail if I tried that up here WA--heavily patrolled, at least here on the Coast.

Probably why I could easily sell my RX--don't really optimize it, not into track days so kind of a waste in a way.

Truth is my Uly is a bit pokey and the 1190RX is a lot over my head. Probably sell them both and get an 1125--color me crazy if you want.

Hey Opto I don't think you'll like the seat on even a CR with highbars for the distance you ride. Ulys are superbly comfy. Thoughts on an engine upgrade? Maybe even a re-fresh would get some ponies back, you're a fast SOB just ask the po-po:angel:

All I can say is, it is good that we weren't riding our EBR's on that trip!

BTW speaking of ID--the guy that, well you know, wasn't sure if it was a dark bike with a yellow clad rider, or yellow bike with a dark clad rider. So one advantage of keeping it a "blur" speed. Po Po then had a dilemma -- so we got to have our bourbon

Jeez this gets worse and worse. I just went to the EBR site. I am driving an 1190 RX ----RX RX got it! Really long week--Sorry to be wasting bandwidth ---BTW, I cannot believe the price for the engines and entire new bikes--talk about a dash of cold water. I bought mine at the discount price of $16,000 back in 2014. I have 16,000 on it almost
so heck of a deal $1.00/mile for the bike, $.10 /mile for tires, roughly the same for fuel, $600 for service etc, $1000 for the bar raise ( I know I know ), Guess I can not count insurance.

Not complaining at all--but so far it is around $1.50/mile for the most awesome ride--guess we don't ride to save money

OK here is the deal.

So busy in my new job that I just do not have the time to ride anymore. Plus winter is coming, frost on the windshield already. This year I got out exactly zero, and that is from a high miler guy. A few rides to work.

I am still paying the EBR off, $8300 to go. I need to sell it. THE DEAL --I am going for a twofer. I will include the 2009 Uly with the EBR -- offers on $10,500 for the two. Good tires and all that.

Cooter, You are 100% correct--sucks big time. But as the song goes, you gotta know when to hold 'em, know when to fold them. Right now I need the cash more than the bikes.

That is the play for the moment. I will probably get another bike in the Spring, regardless. Besides, no one took me up on the NM gambit , that was the only reason I was keeping the bike.
