There is a great flow chart on pages 4-69 and 4-70 in the service book that goes into great detail on resolving this. You may also want to check the appropriate pins on the ECM to make sure the seat hasnt been pressing on them. Especially if you jump your bike a lot and have been overshooting the ramp.
