View Full Version : sputtering between 3500 and 4000 rpm

Ok so i did an airbox delete,breather reroute exhaust gut, and disconnected the servo. The bike runs mint over 4000rpm but sputters below 4000. I have an 04 xb 12scg . Do i need Mike @xopti to help with the ecm and who wants to lend me a spy cable? HELP!!!

Have you run long enough in closed loop for the AFV to re-adjust to the new world order of your bike?
Did a TPS reset?
Getting any trouble codes?
Check plug wires/connections - they could have been jostled in the re-route operation.
