Could someone share what the latest firmware date for XB12Scg for both Cal and 49 states models are?

All I need is the version number and date, so I can ask my dealer for the firmware update. I reason I am asking this, during my last visit to the dealer, I was told I have the latest update and still it is a mid 07 firmware on a 2008 bike.

Do you guys normally get charged for this service? Are firmware updates covered by warranty or is it a customer pay job?
