Looking for an airbox protector/cover for my new-to-me '04 Buell XB12 Lightning. Anyone have any suggestions. My bike is black with the gold Buell logo and gold wheels. Don't really care for the Buell Airbox cover displayed in the parts catalogue as it appears to have a blue buell logo on the mask which I don't really want with the black and gold color scheme. Any responses regarding any type of airbox protection will be much appreciated.

This is really a late response but I think I'm going to do exactly what you're suggesting. Get the Buell Airbox cover and figure out a way to make the blue logo black.
Thanks for the suggestion!!!!

Get new ones on eBay. That's what I did and if I remember correctly it cost me about 20 bucks for 2 decals the same color silver as the frame. Looks fantastic.
