Great look!! As far as weight they are the same as a huge steak dinner.I think?
Dump the passenger components and add race weight rear w/lightweight sub...no weight diff. Besides, a few pounds will make no diff on the street, at least for me...

Restrics air flow, and adds weight. I was very intersted in one about 6 months ago, then I got my buell, and love it the way it is. Very nimble.

Ok ill ask, How much for the fairing?
I got that pic off eBay as well, that's a pretty cool example, but I do prefer the 1/2 faired look-the way the firebolt comes.
If you look around, there's tons of fairing options...

Seems like it would reflect alot more heat at the rider. Restricting airflow to the motor.

too plain needs detail to break it up. plus like drunk_uncle said these bikes need air. air and more air

I really like the look of those fairings, but will never understand why they didn't match the back edge up with the line of the frame. Even if it's spaced out a couple inches to let the air flow.
