I'm selling my custom projector setup with Bi-Xenon HIDs h7 6000 installed with ballasts. Angel-eyes also!
Comes mounted in modded factor Buell Headlamps[up]

Looks like a nice clean install, good job.

I can't help seeing jonny5 from short circuit! Just put some metal eyebrows and its spot on.

Don't take that the wrong way, I like it. That just popped into my head!
 
im working on my custom projector project as well!.. almost done.. will post some pics when they all done
 
Wouldn't the space between the projector and the housing get dirty after a while, since there seems to be a gap? It looks good..but I'm just curious as to how durable it would be, and the level of dirt that would accumulate in there.

I see your point uh2..
maybe I am crazy but find a big enough size o ring and you could roll those puppies on there and it would seal it up really nice and act as a rubber stabilizing ring....(this idea was induced by 4:20)

hate to kick an old thread, but I'm building a set of headlights...and looks like you used the same kit as I did.

do you mind if I ask you a couple of things?

1) why did you get rid of it? Was something wrong?
2) what did you do about the wiring? I can see how the HID ballasts will fit behind the windscreen, but not that other control box. Did you end up hacking up the wiring so it would extend from the seat or did you manage to keep everything in the windscreen area?

wish I had seen this when you were selling those! What projector did you use to fit in the bulb socket? It looks like the one from www.xdcycle.com, but they don't sell one for buells. I would love to throw one of those in my low beam, then a 35Kw 3000k HID in the other w/ out a projector.
 
Its a safe bet to say you won't get a response from him on here. He dicked over quite a few people on here a while ago and he disappeared.
 
aw man that sucks, yea i was wondering if anyone else knew though...looks like a couple people have done this already
