I am in the air whether or not to just get an orange airbox cover/front cover or just get carbon fiber everything (airbox, front plate, heel guards, oil cooler cover, scoops and so on) So if you have an all carbon fiber bike post up!

i think one of you should do it. and sell me your front fender after you buy a carbon fiber one. i would prefer black ;) But seriously i think it would be cool and i do need a new fender.

My GF's has some CF. Fairing, fender, oil scoop, tire hugger, belt buckle guard, heel guards, and Jardine Pipe.

Is it real carbon fiber or just the look?

I can answer that one... there's no way on Earth that Xtreme OR BuellChick would put CF Looking plastic on their bikes.... it's real :)

But then again nobody makes fake carbon for Buell's. Just some of the quality is better in some then others.

Is CF lighter then the buell plastic?

CF IS lighter... but not enough to impact the performance of the bike for most of us.... Racepro might see a difference because at his level, every ounce counts... but for most of us... well you get the idea...

There was a guy selling a full carbon XB12R on ebay no more than a month ago. It looked really good, to bad I can't seem to find a picture of it.

Nice looking bike folmar... anyone have any suggestions for a polish or wax for carbon fiber care? My tank cover is lookin kinda hazy and dull in spots.. almost discolored looking.

Aong_pk,
Where'd you get all that carbon fiber? And did you have any problems fitting it to the bike? Looks great! [up]
