Maybe any one have electronic vertion of service manual as well XB service manuals available via link @ top of this page. Won't match yours perfectly but should work for general maintenance.

And here's this, I believe it can be applied to Uly's too: Plug Change write-up (http://www.buellxb.com/Buell-XB-Forum/General-Motorcycle-Chat/Spark-plug-write-up)

Hi,
I am planning to replace my old spark plugs after 5000mil with a new Iridium plugs does anyone know what gap it should be on Iridium plugs or it should be left as it is. I seen on eBay Iridium plugs for sale anyone know what is correct part number for Uly on service manual they recommend replacement with HD plugs 10R12A. But I heard that with Iridium it will run/starts little bit better?! Sorry, what size of the spark replacement tool I have to buy? Any Idea 
Thank you

5/8" Spark plug socket or deep well if you don't have one.

Should come pre-gapped to .035". I always check mine at the counter before I buy them to make sure. The Iridium electrode is so small it'll break very easily, so if you have to gap be careful.

I use the NGK# DCPR9EIX Iridiums. Very happy and seems to idle better. Here's some info on them: Spark Plug Thread (http://www.buellxb.com/Buell-XB-Forum/Buell-Lightning-XB12S-XB12Ss-CityX-XB12Scg/Spark-Plugs)
