New Buell Owner

Sorry if this is the wrong area for a new member intro but I couldn't find any area that seemed better suited.

With that said...

Hi, my name is Aaron, I'm a 28 y/o Software Engineer and Photographer in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I just bought my 4th bike and 1st Buell. I bought a new (15 miles) 2007 Midnight Black Lightning XB12Ss and I love it - I would even say it is my favorite bike so far (owned or test ridden).

I've been riding for about 5 years and found that I am a fan of the V-Twin.

Previous bikes were:
1984 Honda VF700F Interceptor (Bought mid 2002)
2005 Kawasaki Ninja 500R (Bought mid 2004)
2005 Suzuki SV650s (Bought late 2005)

I really liked the SV but it wasn't quite roomy enough for my wife on the back, but Corbin makes a nice GunFighter and Lady w/ back rest for the XB12Ss!

I also post on BayAreaRidersForum.com (BARF) any other Barfers here?

I do believe the tech has to do a short test loop (about 15 miles) before they put them on the sales floor
