Seat problems

Is anybody else having problems with the low cut seat not locking? I've tried everything can't seem to get it.

Yeah I had that problem too. I found you had to stick your hand in the opening near the fan under the seat and persuade the hook on the bottom of the seat into its opening in the undertail. With mine anyway...

Got the seat to fit had to jam it all the way forward and smack the back of the seat with my fist but it works.
