    i suspect so. to put an end to this nonsense simply tell this guy to replace his problematic 30 amp battery fuse with a 100 amp fuse. will last 3X as long and operate 3X smoother.

    He can even wrap the fuse with 3 layers of aluminum foil, will also last 3x as long.

    So for anyone still interested, There was a frayed wire in the harness by the starter. Problem solved.
