I've seen numerous threads that illustrate mods and replacements that may or may not work with some of the voltage regulators currently available for some of the Buell's that use this type. There are also some kits available from HD/Buell suppliers.

Those little things that Buell didn't MFG themselves are drastically less expensive when they don't have to be bought through that MFG system.
