Buell never made a 2002 XB. I would assume yours is an '03 first year bike, but click the link to check yours.

If you are positive it is your fuel pump that has failed, I would recommend to PM Barrett on here for access to GOOD quality kits. There are way too many cheap e-bay replacements that come with incorrect parts

Ya. Thats definitely an '03. Easy mistake a lot of people make. Check the link I gave you.
