Looking at HD Serviceinfo I see for two years there was a 105hp 1125 made for France but no parts fiche so I can see what was different to generate the reduced power rating. Anyone know what Buell changed to hit that mark?

So, turns out those units got a different throttle body and ECU, I'm assuming to meet a license limit in France. It sounds like the 105hp throttle body physically can't fully open it's throttle blades, resulting in the lower rating.
