My bike is in the shop for a rear tire change. They can't get the wheel off
Any help will be appreciated

With zero information as to why they "can't get the wheel off", I'm reduced to totally guessing.

1)They don't have the tool? It should be in your tool bag under the seat, or in any 'real mechanics' toolbox

2) I'll guess that they forgot to loosen the axle pinch bolt underneath the swingarm:/

From your manual here:

Note the very specific re-torquing procedure or it will cost you rear wheel bearings.

3) They have the pinch bolt out and the axle is frozen (see instructions above as to why that could be)

Did I get it right? What do I win??

After doing it a couple times, I like how easy the rear wheel is to get in and out, as long as the back is high enough. Once the axle is out, belt is off (taking the rear hugger/belt guard off makes this easier) it just wiggles in and out, pretty straight forward and no spacers/etc to screw with. If Buell had just gone with an underslung caliper it'd match my Yamaha quick change setups in ease and speed.
