Yes Sir Cody they are all the same. Sure you know this but you'll need the big spring clamp for it as well and they are all the same.

For some unknown reason I can’t see the pictures and if you (motoguy) are going to part out that bike I am interested in some bits or I have a clean title frame for a regular XB I would part with.

It's a 2009 artic white firebolt with hero blue wheels. Hit hard in the front.2023-11-17 16.18.32.jpg

Yes. Front wheel, triples, forks (bent / broken leg), fairing mount, headstock in frame etc are all toast. Missing the tank cover, airbox cover and seat, but aside from that it's good from the headstock back.

Man I love this forum. Looks like velocity stack, left side scoop, and even a hero blue rear wheel I've got nailed down. Next on the list is a right rider footpeg for a lightning or a pair of pegs that will fit it. And a headlight assembly. I really appreciate the help fellers!

She is coming along, much better now that I got all the black spray paint removed and polished the plastics! 20240520_152737.jpg

I'm not bullsh*ting when I say this guy is one of the finest painters in America and he's way to modest to ever agree....but Cody how in the hell did you bring those spray painted plastics back to life? That's absolutely incredible.

Well I'm no chip foose, but I get by. The plastics were a pain in arse! About 8 hours total sanding from 320 grit up to 3000 and buffing inside and out. They aren't absolutely like new perfect but they're good enough!

Does anyone know where I could order a front exhaust mount bushing? P/N S0136.02A8 I believe. Or if someone has a spare laying around they'll sell me that'd be great.

Little update on my basket case 09 lightning. Pretty well up to snuff finally. Still need to do front brakes and some cleaning/detailing. Ended up putting force exhaust on it, tune from ids to match, new tires, bearings, custom cheap stabilizer, ebay pegs. I think it cleaned up ok. Still working on little stuff to make it perfect. Sounds sweet for sure. Thanks everyone for your help!
