    Paddock Stands

    I use a Pit Bull front and back. I bought it off Craigslist and got it for less money than a T-rex set. So hunt the Craigslist or whatever online local classifieds you have. The Pit Bull stands really set the standard and makes lesser stands feel flimsy.

    Make sure you check diameter as well. They changed to 43mm from 41mm at some point. I believe the 2005 is before the change, but can't 100% remember. I know my 2004 is definitely before the change.

    I didn't want to get into complex curves, so I did a digital camo job on my bike. It just cheap vinyl from Ebay. The lower cowling is spray Plasti-dip with metallic Sharpie. I used some Obey stickers to make a racing stripe.

    Warning: Aftermarket levers

    Arizona north phoenix

    It's a 3 hour hot, flat ride from North Phoenix to Mt. Lemmon. The ride to Jerome is much nicer ride from North Phoenix and you get into the cool air quicker.

    No Love From The HD Parts Counter

    Look on Ebay. There is a ton of used parts for cheap. I picked up a fuel pump for $60ish to replace my fuel pump. I figured for $60, it was worth the gamble to see if it would work. While the 2010 model may be slightly different, I bet it uses the same pump.
