    See the basket picture where the B is on buellxb.com, notice the notches on that edge where the fibers rest? That is the edge that needs to be filed because the notches are keeping the fibers from being able to be separated.

    Really easy. Pull the cover off, there is 5 or 6 bolts with springs that hold the inner basket on. Pull the fiber and metal plates out and put them in order that you pull them. That's all you have to do.

    On the big bore 4 strokes the outter clutch basket will get notched where the fibers rest against it. Pull the clutch cover and pull the clutch apart, check the putter basket for notching. Temporary fix is to file down the lip with a dremel or metal file.
