High AFV and lean popping on Decel

Gonna leave that post as is. I read through the whole thread and found your most likely problem. That right there is 99% of your issue. Want to actually fix it? Get an ecm from IDS (www.idspd.com) that matches the exhaust you have on the bike. IF it actually *is* a Buell factory P&A race...

DeanAdamsDesigns (Keda Design) Exhaust systems for sale

Not as active as I used to be, but I'm still here and building on occasion. This one went out Monday night. Did this one a few weeks before. If you were wondering, yes, I had a bit of a rough time in 2020 but I'm still here.

    BIKES & AMMO Sale-Southern PA

If I were strapped for ammo I'd probably make the road trip for it, but since I am still loading .223/5.56 ammo for less than $.27/round I'll have to pass. Same for the 9mm, that stuff is still only $.20/round at best. I almost passed on loading 9mm 10 years ago but bought the primers and picked...

    ID this muffler

    I'd say possibly a Spec-Ops modded exhaust.

Brief loss of power / bogging around 2800rpm? Otherwise fine... XB9

Also, an xb9 in stock trim will only make 75 hp and maybe 60-63 ft/bs at the wheel, maybe. I just dyno'd one back in November with an exhaust (mine) tuned to match and it made maybe 85 hp and about the same for torque. XB12 made about 95/95 for hp/tq. Way too easy to loft the front end with...

    Advice please

Intake seals. Use a high quality grease to install them properly and ensure that they don't leak.

    XB12Ss Stainless Header Pipe

I'm at a loss here. The header with the blown out O2 sensor *CAN* be repaired. What's the link have to do with either replacing or repairing the header have to do with it? Are you just wanting to poke at someone just because or did you inadvertently post to the wrong thread?

    XB12Ss Stainless Header Pipe

Lol. The stock header *IS* stainless steel. No comment on the rest of the parts you want to buy from them.

06 Ulysses XB12X stalling on cold startup and at warm idle

"the primary oil/fluid lubricates your transmission...primary drive components...and assorted ancillary bearings and bushings. it does NOT lubricate the clutch assembly. it only lowers its temperature and reduces annoying clutch plate chatter." Mmmmm, not quite. The clutch plates ride in the...

06 Ulysses XB12X stalling on cold startup and at warm idle

Check for an intake leak. I'd suspect the seals are not in good shape. If it turns out that they're actually leaking, replace them. While you're at it, clean the throttle body well and reset the throttle plate to fully closed so you know where you're starting point is when you're doing the TPS...

How to reset ECM to factory settings?

Send the ecm to IDSPD.com (Tim at IDS) and have them put it back to it's factory state. Absolutely THE best way to know it was done right.

Dumb question here. Why not spend another $300 and install an Innovate DLG-1 wideband setup on it and KNOW how it's really running? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JncXcAl8J3M

    Uninstalling subframe spacers/tail lift kit

Yes to the red loctite. Remove the subframe spacers, you should have one set of bolts extra, put those back in. Basically, remove the spacer bolts, remove the spacers, drop the tail section back down, red loctite the 2 bolts and put it together. "Install fastener (8) securing right front...

Aftermarket Buell XB R model fairing stay

It did not. :( Fixtures were made, some work was done but the guy doing the machining work failed me quite spectacularly. Still using the same machine shop, just different guys getting my stuff done now. Not sure if this will ever move forward.
