    This is a classic Intake Leak symptom, nothing to do with tuning from the sound of it... Also, since you just bought it, you need to give it all a good once over anyway - Change Primary & Engine Oil, Spark Plugs, Air Filter, etc....

    Bike won't start after crankcase breather mod

    Completely unnecessary, put it back. If you mean the engine is cranking but not catching & firing then you've got fouled plugs. Swap them out for NGK Iridiums (DCPR9EIX). Bike is so new, I doubt it's the battery, though check those connections & grounds as well...

    Have you swapped around your relays? Really sounds like a Battery/Ground problem though.

    Absolutely. That's the purpose of a diode, only allows electricity to "flow" one way. They shouldn't have melted though either way. And using two diodes must be unique to '03 bikes only.

    it wont start..help

    You should only be using one diode in the entire fuse block. The other should've been in a "spare" slot and shouldn't have melted. If both were installed and melted at the same time, one or both of them are in the wrong slot, or you've got a serious short somewhere.
