    actually....performing a complete properly done clutch service is a 6 step process consisting of lubing the perch and lever...lubing the cable....adjusting the clutch pack....adjusting the cable....adjusting the primary drive chain.....changing the primary fluid. you're 1/6th of the way there.

    dave: the "dot" is the small punch mark near circumference of the rotor. it should face OUT and be as close to the valve stem as possible. every XB wheel has inner colored paint "dob" which is used as reference when mounting new tires to avoid excessive required wheel weights during balancing...

    EBR have many problems and typical for American-made motorcycles with exception of Polaris and XR1200 which are decent but not nearly as well engineered as Suzuki Savage or Kawasaki SunLite. EBR suffer from Condensation in speedometer cluster... white dust in headlight.... throttle bodies coming...
