    I use duplicolor paint shop base clear with a hvlp and it has held up well and matches great. But if you can find a powder coater to do it for $100 i wouldnt mess with it .

    Have you tried a dual compound tire. I have angels on my bike now. While they don't give me the stickyness of softer tires they have hardly worn in 3500 miles. Maybe a cheap solution to your problem .

    Tail chop parking ticket!!!
