    Help: 12S or 1125

    Xb12! Just more reliable. Better gas milage too. The cr seat is the same as a 1125r or firebolt isn't it?just different handle bars. My only recomendation is to concider the 1125's stator issues . There a bad ass bike but I'd be afraid after hearing all the nightmare stories the owners have...

    You could by a spy cable if you can figure out ECM spy to remapp it. Sounds like this would be your issue . Running a airbox mod and pipe has you running to lean would be my guess . Simplest fix is ebr pre tuned plug n play ECM . But if you know what your doing ECM spy is everybit as effective.

    Yes on older xb's not sure when it changed but I had no issue wit my 07 and my brothers 04 I couldn't get to. I don't see any need for the gaurd , took mine off 3years ago and no issues.

    The 8 is hotter. I followed the ngk recomendation. Changed my plugs replaced my air filter and did the reroute all a once a few years back and the bike turned into a turd. So I back tracked untill I found many here recomend 9's. change over to the dcpr9eix's and can't beleive the differance in 1...

    How hard is it to...

    I had a hard time getting the front heard clamp off . So I let it run for a few minutes and it free'd up . Might help if you have the same issue.

    Might have to custom tune with ECM spy. Mounting it you may find a few obstacles and in order to keep a chin fairing you would need to make a bracket. I had this exhaust on a trx450r it was nice . Not to loud nice tone. Good luck

    Doesn't run. Frustrated

    Bummer! I recomend using stabil at the end of every riding season. Course in New York my bike sits for 5months a year and we are so smart and use 10% ethanol . At least it's a simple fix , lesson learned.
