    Spray lots of carb cleaner inside the swing arm. Swish it all around then drain out all the sand and impurities. Repeat until you see just carb cleaner draining out. Once cleaned, leave the swing arm outside with all plugs out to dry out. The residual carb cleaner will evaporate pretty...
