    Clutch not disengaging gear.

    My buell also does it,just clutch drag like everyone here says,I have owned a yamaha,suzuki and a honda before my xb and they all had some slight drag sometimes.

    No,don't worry about it because I have done the same thing,I try to make sure not to fill the tank but only to the bottom of the opening where the gas cap is.

    I am going have my son in law match up the paint since he works at a body shop,then I will paint it myself.

    Well,I finally got it out and it runs great,I was thinking it was going to run rough with the new breather reroute but it ran just fine,still I need to finish cleaning some minor parts,wheels and forks ect,I took the photos just as the sun disappeared.

    Yep,1 quart in primary 2.5 in swingarm/crankcase,I also use the original filter from Harley,my dealer is only 10 miles from me.[smirk]

    Out of storage, was running fine until....

    Check your plugs,I have had to change them a couple of times on my xb9r,these bikes remind me sometimes of the old two stroke engines back in the day,they were easy to foul the plugs also.

    Brake light not working with front brake

    I know my front brake light switch developed a short not long after I bought my bike a few years ago,I thought it was a loose wire but it was the whole switch.

    Well,so far I have not been able to ride because I have had to see about buying a new dishwasher and hooking it up,but I going to ride and let you know how it is running,also I will post pics because it is very clean and it shines.:D

    Yep, those things were scary as the devil to ride,the suspension was not up to the power they had,never had one but I would like to have one anyway.:)

    Engine Break-In

    Don't dog it for the first few hundred miles then drive it like you are going to drive it the rest of the time you own it just like both cincybolt and c818919 say,I have broken in all my vehicles that way.
