    Rotate the tire on the rim 180 and re-balance.. I use balancing media FTW!(aka dynabeads).. no ugly weights & they dynamically balance the rotational mass for the life of the tire

    Trans Gear Wear - How much is too much?

    I would definitely replace the shift drum.. that gouge can't be helping the forks transition smoothly at all. The dogs look "servicable" to me.. I would probably dress the "wear flash" a bit before re-installing..
