    Some guidance on stator replacement?

Its not that bad, the guys covered most of your removal, the clutch doesnt need disassembly just snap ring off and that nut is reverse thread and approximately 80-90 ft lbs back on. For rotor replacement there is a drag specialties rotor that is greatly improved design. Reassembly, make sure...

    Symptoms of fried ECM??

Need more infox does it crank? After attempted cranking, does the fuel pump prime again. If does not, cam or crank sensor error

    Top speed?

As close to 100 is nice, means the fuel.mapping is very close and little is needed to correct. 105 is a 5% increase of fueling across the fuel map.

    Top speed?

"Lean is Mean" Leaning out the fuel.might give you a boost in power, but peak horsepower doesnt always mean fueling is perfect.

    Top speed?

105 is a very good AFV. Indicating performance is probably ok. So youre also tall, 220lbs on a low HP bike and tucking will get you 10mphs. Not calling you fat yet, tons of fun. Jk. But, you might have exceeded the ability to hit a top speed with your size and weight. You did mention it slows...

Also stop doing those speeds unless your on a track. Next if you have ecmspy or tuner pro, id like to...

    Top speed?

If it was a fueling issue youd have noticable issues in a specific rpm range not a top speed issue exactly. Check your clutch adjustment might be slipping.

1999 X1 race map link? New ECM maybe?

Where are you located? To me, its telling me your charging system is probably very weak or on its way out, probably have too low of voltage which causes the computer to act up and cause your issues. Need to probe the power wire to the pcm while running and watch what the voltage is when it acts...

    S1 clutch pressure plate failure

Not sure all the terminology is correct, but wht I have seen is the retaining ring for the spring plate breaks and then has no clutch resistance or return. You can use twin motorcycles website to look at diagrams and figure out the correct parts to replace or repair.

    Mr. Belfer,

I wouldnt be surprised if he doesnt give a **** about buellxb.com. the EBR presence here is next to none, and owners are in the ebrforum.com page. A good business man wouldnt do more than tell us to drop the trash and move on to a newer better product or be left behind.
