    Closed most mondays, I can make an exception at some point Im sure. We can test Fuel pressure, check the Air Fuel Value, log engine data and review, compare fuel maps So Bring your ECMs, check ignition system, engine compression and others Im sure, but remember its a business and it has bills

    People remove the pistons from the cylinders and reinstall with no noticable problems, at least that they are aware of. I have done mutiple top end rebuilds where rungs didnt seat properly. Better safe than sorry while its apart, hone the cylinders and get new piston rings

    Did you remove the pistons from the cylinders? If so that may create a long term problem with oil consumption, loss of power, poor starting due to the rings no longer being seated.     Replacing the primary chain

    Its much earier doing both sprockets at the same time. Its one more bolt. Then everything slides off. It doesnt take 2 people and the magnets are not so strong it needs a special tool. Taking the clutch basket off without the front just makes you jack with it forever and frustrating.

    The stock map is best for a starting point. A "Race Tune" might even give you complications for a street purposed bike. Maybe you should start a "Gofund my Race tune"
